Marian Community Clinics
Meeting a vital community need, Marian Community Clinics, sponsored by Marian Medical Center, assure easy access to primary health care for the residents of Santa Maria and neighboring Guadalupe. A staff of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, a physician's assistant, and support personnel provide quality, compassionate care to all, regardless of ability to pay. Bilingual staff serves at both clinics.
Marian Community Clinics offer the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program (CHDP) and the Healthy Families Program for children from birth through 19 years. The clinics also provided free or low cost health care services to those in need through the Expanded Access to Primary Care Program (EAPC). The clinics participate in the Breast Cancer Early Detection Program (BCEDP), a program providing uninsured women with financial need access to a clinical screening exam and mammogram for early detection of breast cancer.
Marian Community Clinics collaborate with many community partners including the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department, Santa Maria/Bonita Health Start program, local senior centers, SMOOTH Transportation, Catholic Charities, Community Partners in the Guadalupe Union School District, and the Healthier Communities Council.
