With a commitment to the community to provide patient and family-oriented cancer services through the development of a multi-disciplinary oncology program, the Marian Cancer Center is now in its eleventh year of service. The Cancer Center is dedicated to ensuring access to a high quality team of oncology professionals and modern technologies through prevention, supportive services, community education, medical education, and research programs.

Fully accredited by the American College of Surgeons, Marian Cancer Center is affiliated with the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center. This affiliation offers patients access to clinical expertise and the latest in technology to provide cancer care in an environment that meets the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of patients and their families.

Our specialties include:

  • Modern technology in mammography and ultrasound, including stereotactic breast biopsy and sentinel lymph node biopsy
  • Her-2-neu and flow cytometry diagnostic tests
  • Spiral CT lung scan
  • Positron Emission Tomography (PET)
  • Prostate Brachytherapy
  • Marian Medical Center/UCLA Oncology Patient Referral Service
  • Cancer Registry staffed by Tumor Registrar
  • Oncology Social Worker
  • Oncology Nurses
  • Certified lymphedema specialist for education and treatment
  • Registered Dietitian for Free Nutritional Counseling
